These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the
relationship between ph265 (hereinafter "ph265", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any
natural person who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the ph265 online gaming platform
accessible at ph265.club (the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit,
placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of ph265, you confirm that you have
read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms constitute a legally binding contract. If you do not agree with any provision
of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph265 Platform and close your account
where one has been created. Your continued use of the Platform following any published
amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the ph265 Platform.
- "Balance" means the aggregate amount of real-money funds held in a Member's ph265 wallet at any given time.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free credits, or similar incentives credited to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Game" means any slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, bingo room, fishing game, or other wagering activity made available on the ph265 Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including but not limited to the submission and review of valid government-issued Philippine identification documents.
- "Member" means any natural person who has successfully registered an Account on the ph265 Platform.
- "Platform" means the ph265 online gaming website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ph265.club.
- "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Member on any Game available on the Platform.
- "Winnings" means any monetary amount credited to a Member's Balance as a result of a successful Wager outcome.
Membership on the ph265 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all
of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing
basis throughout their membership:

Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement
is established in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by
the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). ph265 prohibits access by
persons under 21 years of age in any capacity. ph265 reserves the right to request proof
of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification.

Jurisdiction: You must be legally permitted to participate in online
gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence or physical
location at the time of accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure
compliance with your local laws.

Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a
binding contract. Persons under any legal disability or restriction that would impair
their ability to contract are not eligible to register.

Single Account: Each natural person may hold only one Account on the
ph265 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different
identity) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure
and forfeiture of any Balance.

KYC Verification: To access full Account functionality, including
withdrawals, you must successfully complete ph265's KYC verification process by
providing a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted
documents include PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, UMID,
SSS ID, and PRC ID.
Underage Access Prohibited: ph265 operates a zero-tolerance policy on
underage gaming. Any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of
age will be immediately closed, all Winnings will be voided, and the incident may be
reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
As a Member of ph265, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your
Account. The following obligations apply to all Members:

Credential Confidentiality: You must keep your ph265 login credentials —
including your mobile number, username, and password — strictly confidential. You must
not share your login information with any third party, including family members.

Accurate Information: All personal information provided during
registration and KYC must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify ph265
promptly of any changes to your registered details.

Unauthorised Access: If you become aware of any unauthorised access to
your Account or suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify
ph265 support immediately. ph265 will not be liable for any losses arising from
authorised or unauthorised access to your Account prior to such notification.

Account Activity: ph265 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any
Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
Members will be notified via their registered mobile number prior to any such suspension.
ph265 accepts deposits from Members through the following payment channels: GCash,
PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and UnionBank
of the Philippines. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ph265's
discretion, with advance notice provided to Members.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Philippine Peso
(PHP) Fifty (₱50.00). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the
Member's Balance.

Processing Time: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited
to the Member's Balance in real time. Bank transfers may take up to thirty (30) minutes
to process during standard banking hours.

Own Funds Only: Members may only deposit funds from payment accounts
registered in their own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be
returned and may trigger a KYC review.

Currency: All transactions on ph265 are denominated in Philippine
Peso (PHP). ph265 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

Deposit Limits: Members may set voluntary deposit limits via their
Account dashboard under the Responsible Gaming settings. Such limits become effective
immediately and cannot be increased within the period for which they were set.
Members may request withdrawal of their available Balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds
subject to incomplete wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following
conditions:

KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before any
withdrawal request will be processed. ph265 will not release funds to any Account that
has not successfully passed identity verification.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is
Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00).

Withdrawal Channels: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment
channel used for the most recent deposit, where practicable. ph265 may request
additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different channel.

Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed
within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are typically
processed within the same business day, subject to bank processing schedules.

Wagering Requirements: Where a Member has accepted a bonus, withdrawal
of the Bonus Funds and associated Winnings is subject to the stated wagering
requirements. Real-money funds deposited by the Member that are not associated with
a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.

Suspicious Activity: ph265 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal
pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity,
breach of these Terms, or money laundering. During any such investigation, the Member's
Account may be temporarily restricted.
ph265 offers various promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome
bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, tournament prizes, and VIP
programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply
in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number
of times (as stated in the individual bonus offer) before they become eligible for
withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion
page at the time the bonus is claimed.

Eligible Games: Certain bonuses may only be wagered on specific game
categories. Where such restrictions apply, they will be stated in the promotion terms.
Wagering on excluded games will not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

Time Limits: Bonuses are subject to expiry periods. Any uncompleted
wagering requirement and any associated Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry of the
bonus period will be forfeited without compensation.

One Bonus Per Member: Unless otherwise stated, ph265 promotional offers
are limited to one active bonus per Member at any given time. A Member may not claim
the same promotional offer more than once.

Bonus Abuse: ph265 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold
associated Winnings, and close the relevant Account where it determines, in its sole
discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
exploiting software errors, using automated betting systems, or coordinating with other
Members to systematically extract bonus value.
Note: Bonus terms vary between individual promotions. Before claiming
any ph265 bonus, review the specific terms and conditions associated with that offer as
displayed on the promotions page or communicated by the ph265 support team.
The following rules apply to all Wagers placed on the ph265 Platform:

Finality of Wagers: Subject to the provisions of this section, all
accepted Wagers are final. Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the ph265
system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Member.

System Malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical
malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a
Game, ph265 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount
to the Member's Balance. ph265 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising
from such malfunctions.

Game Rules: Each Game available on ph265 is governed by its own
individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of
any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

RNG Certification: All slot and table games on ph265 use certified
Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independently audited and
cannot be influenced by ph265 staff or Members. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates
reflect long-term statistical averages.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each Game on ph265 has defined minimum and
maximum stake limits as displayed within the game interface. Wagers exceeding the
maximum stake limit for a game will be rejected by the system.
ph265 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. ph265 acknowledges
that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that some individuals may develop
problematic gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming provisions form a
binding part of these Terms:

Minimum Age Enforcement: As stated in Section 3, the minimum age for
all gaming activity on ph265 is twenty-one (21) years. This requirement is mandatory
and non-negotiable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming in the
Philippines.

Self-Assessment: Members are encouraged to regularly self-assess their
gaming activity. ph265 provides a responsible gaming self-assessment tool accessible

Player Controls: Every ph265 Account includes the following player
protection tools, effective immediately upon activation: (a) Deposit Limits — daily,
weekly, or monthly; (b) Session Time Reminders; (c) Cool-Down Period — temporary
gaming pause for a Member-specified duration; (d) Self-Exclusion — full account
suspension for a Member-specified period, which cannot be reversed during the active
exclusion window.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Members may request self-exclusion at any
time by activating the tool in their Account settings or by contacting ph265 customer
support. During a self-exclusion period, the Member will be unable to log in, deposit,
or wager. Requests to reverse self-exclusion before the stated end date will not be
actioned by ph265.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph265 Platform. ph265 reserves the
right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in the
following activities, and to forfeit all Balances and Winnings associated with such conduct:
- Creating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal information;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
- Participating in any form of collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place Wagers;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party;
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's operation;
- Using the ph265 Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
Anti-Money Laundering: ph265 complies with applicable Philippine
anti-money laundering regulations. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and
reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. Members must not use ph265 as a vehicle
for processing or concealing funds of illicit origin.
All content on the ph265 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content,
graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and user interfaces — is the exclusive
intellectual property of ph265 or its licensed content providers and is protected by
applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
access and use the ph265 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in
accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution,
modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without
the express prior written consent of ph265.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph265 shall not be liable
to any Member or third party for any of the following:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages;
- Losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events;
- Losses arising from any Member's breach of these Terms or applicable law;
- Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
In all cases where ph265 is found liable, our total aggregate liability to any individual
Member shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the
thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph265's liability for death, personal injury, or
fraud caused by ph265's own negligence or wilful misconduct, where such limitation is
prohibited by applicable law.
ph265 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Members in accordance with its
Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data
Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account on ph265, you
consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the
ph265 Privacy Policy.
ph265 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for
marketing purposes without your express consent. ph265 may share Member data with
regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required
by law or necessary to comply with applicable regulatory obligations.
ph265 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When
material changes are made, ph265 will provide reasonable advance notice to all registered
Members via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the
Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.
Where a Member does not accept the amended Terms, they must close their Account before
the effective date of the changes and withdraw any available Balance. Continued use of
the ph265 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of
the amended Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the
ph265 Platform, or the relationship between ph265 and a Member shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members agree to first attempt resolution
of any dispute through ph265's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a
written complaint to ph265 customer support. ph265 will endeavour to respond to all
formal written complaints within ten (10) business days.
